For example, while you can set your desktop to automatically use the default wallpaper when you boot into Windows 8, the system defaults to the more traditional desktop wallpaper.
This can be a real pain, and the only way to fix it is to tweak Windows settings to make it look more natural.
We’ve covered this before with some tips and tricks, but now we’re going to show you how to fix the default Windows 8 desktops and apps in Windows 8 and Windows 8 RT.
In this post, we’ll show you some tips to get Windows 8 to look a little bit more like a real Windows desktop.

Here are the desktop settings to tweak for a better look and experience: Choose your default wallpaper You can choose from a number of popular wallpapers, including the desktop versions of the Microsoft Paint and Final Cut Pro programs.
The first option, Choose your Default Wallpaper, is the default desktop wallpaper for the Start menu and Start screen.
This is where you’ll find a variety of desktop settings that change the look of the desktop.
For instance, you can choose whether to have the Start Menu or Start screen look like the default Start menu wallpaper, or you can make the Start screen desktop look like your default Start screen wallpaper.
The desktop settings in the Start panel (bottom) and Start menu (top) apps have been set to default settings.
You can change the default look and style of your desktop in Settings > System > Display > Desktop.
Set your app launcher to the “Customizable” menu option The default launcher option in Windows is the “Windows App Launcher.”
You can create a custom launcher for any app, including Start, Search, Mail, Photos, and many others.
You just have to select the app, then press the Start button to open it.
To set it to the custom launcher, go to Settings > Startup > Settings > Control Panel.
Change the default launcher app icon You can select the icon for the default app launcher in Settings, then select a launcher icon.
In the Start app, select the Customizable app launcher icon and press Start.
The new launcher app will appear in the right-hand side of the Start interface, where it will automatically appear at the bottom of the screen when you open it in the default default launcher.
The Start screen You can set the Start Screen to your preferred desktop.
Select Start, then click the Settings icon in the top-left corner.
On the Desktop, you’ll see the Desktop menu, then choose the Default Desktop.
If you want to set the default Desktop to your default desktop, then hit Start and then choose Settings.
You’ll then be presented with the options for the Desktop app launcher, the Start icon, and so on.
Change your wallpaper In the desktop apps, you might want to make the Desktop look a bit more natural and more like your desktop wallpaper, so here are some tips for getting Windows 8’s default wallpaper to look more like the desktop wallpaper of your choice.
Choose the default settings When you launch the Start and Desktop apps, they will automatically switch to the default Settings app launcher.
If, instead, you want a more natural look and feeling, you should click on the Desktop settings option in Settings.
Under Desktop, click the Choose your desktop option.
This will change the settings to show a custom desktop wallpaper instead of the default.
You don’t have to do anything to make this happen, so you don’t need to set anything.
You also don’t necessarily need to select a default wallpaper.
If your desktop is in the background, for instance, the default background wallpaper may not work well with a few apps.
Choose an icon and style that you like The Start menu app offers many choices to choose from.
You might like to use the “Classic” Start menu, which is a wallpaper with a classic-looking, simple, flat look.
Or, you may prefer a modern, minimalist look.
You could use the Windows Phone Icon Theme, which lets you choose between a simple, plain, or modern-looking look.
The Modern Windows 8 Start Menu theme is one of the most popular and popular in the Windows Store.
This theme uses icons from the Microsoft Store to give the Start experience a more contemporary look.
If that’s your preference, then you can also use a more traditional, classic-style Start menu icon, such as the Microsoft Office icon or the Microsoft Solitaire icon.
